- When booking through our website, an e-mail will be send to you within minutes, confirming the booking and its payment.
The extras you have during your stay with us, such as fresh rolls or using the sauna, is charged separately.
- When you ask us for an free offer, we will send you one within 24 hours.
In case you accept our offer, we kindly request you to confirm this by e-mail. In turn we will inform you about the amount an the method of payment of the down payment (about 40% of the total amount).
After receipt of your down-payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. From that time on your booking is definite.
We kindly request you to settle the bill at the day before you leave. You will receive an itemized bill.

The costs of cancellation are related to the date of arrival and the agreed costs of lodging, as follows: 
- If and as far as appropriate at cancellation, we will refund your payment or down payment in whole or in part.
- On the day of arrival you can move in the apartment as from 3:00 PM, on the day of departure you should have left the apartment at 9:00 AM.
