Protection of personal data
We consider privacy and protection of personal data from visitors to our website of paramount importance. However, there are some situations where we inevitably need some data from visitors to our website, that is:
- in case of e-mail contact;
- when you subscribe to our newsletter;
- when you ask us an offer;
- if you book some accommodation;
- when ordering ski passes through our website.
To protect your data from any unintentional or deliberate manipulation, loss, deletion or access by unauthorised persons we have in place technical security measures. We constantly look for possibilities to improve these measures.
Booking of accommodation and ordering of ski passes occurs under SSL (Secure Socket Layer), so that data between your browser and our system will be exchanged in encrypted form.
Statistical data
To improve our services, we collect statistics on the use of our website. These data cannot be traced to personal data you provide. This static data is not passed to third parties.
Cookies
We use “cookies” – small packets of electronic information – to direct the booking process so, that it |

runs well. We send cookies to your browser, which should be able to accept cookies. Without, it is not possible to bring the booking process to a successful conclusion. If you want to, you can delete these cookies after completion of the booking process.
Transferring information to third parties
In the cases, mentioned before, your data is used exclusively for that purpose and not transferred to third parties, with two exceptions:
- the personal data supplied by you, when booking an accommodation, is transferred to PayPal, the organization that takes care of the payment settlement. This concerns data, you yourself also would have to provide to PayPal. As far as we are concerned, it is to increase user comfort.
- The personal data that you provide when ordering ski passes, is transferred to a ski lift operator and – for tourist tax reasons – to the local government.
These are trustworthy institutions. Nevertheless, we take no responsibility for the proper protection of your data by these organizations.
